Notes
Project Pendulum, a standalone juvenile novel by Robert Silverberg.

Publisher's Blurb – Jacket Flaps
In this sensational new science fiction work, Hugo and Nebula award-winner Robert Silverberg follows Earth's first time travelers on their mind-bending voyages into the distant past and far-flung future.

Project Pendulum is the first practical experiment in time travel. The nature of time mechanics requires that the two travelers' masses be precisely matched. For that reason, the first time travelers must be a pair of identical twins. For paleontologist Sean Gabrielson the chance to journey back to the age of dinosaurs was worth any risk. For his physicist brother, Eric, the chance to see ninety-five million years in the future was equally irresistible. What neither planned on. however, was how the inhabitants of those times would react to their presence.

Once their ride through time commences, there is no way for either to leave the experiment until they reach Time Ultimate, the outer limits of Pendulum's reach. As the distance between the twins grows, they wonder if they'll ever see each other again.
