Ian Livingstone co-founded iconic games company Games Workshop with Steve Jackson in 1975, launching Dungeons & Dragons in Europe. In 1982, he co-authored The Warlock of Firetop Mountain, the first title in the Fighting Fantasy gamebook series which has sold over 20 million copies worldwide. He has written 16 titles in the series, including City of Thieves, Forest of Doom and Deathtrap Dungeon. Assassins of Allansia marks the 37th anniversary of Fighting Fantasy. Ian has also had a long history in the video games industry. Whilst serving as Executive Chairman at Eidos, he launched Lara Croft: Tomb Raider. He was awarded a CBE in 2013 for his services to the video games industry. A life-long board games player, Ian has over 1,000 games in his collection.

Karl Kopinski is a Nottingham-born and based artistwho, having spent seven years working at Games Workshop, decided to go freelance and hasn't looked back since. He has worked with a huge variety of clients including Paul Smith, Ubisoft, Disney and Nike to name a few. He also teaches workshops and lectures at a number of worldwide events.
